Refund policy

Because every merchandise purchase also earns bonus entries into our giveaway, returns and cancellations are handled carefully to keep the contest fair for all entrants.

  • Custom Print-on-Demand: All items are custom printed, so returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • No Returns for Preference: We cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

  • Impact on Entries: If your purchase is refunded, cancelled, or disputed, any giveaway entries earned from that purchase will also be cancelled. Replacement orders placed will generate new entries once processed.

  • How to Report an Issue: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at giveaways@livefreegivehope.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
